You agree not to misuse our Services or content. This includes:

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Meet deadlines for feedback, approvals, or content submissions

• Approve final deliverables in writing

5. Intellectual Property

All original work created by Moxi IQ is our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You retain ownership of your brand assets and final approved deliverables upon full payment.

6. Third-Party Tools

We use third-party services (e.g., Google, Stripe, OpenAI). We are not responsible for their uptime or terms. Their policies apply separately.

7. Fees & Payment

Fees are outlined in your proposal. Payments may include one-time fees, subscriptions, or retainers. Late payments may result in paused work.

7a. Retainers & Scope of Work

Retainer services include fixed hours or deliverables per billing cycle. Unused time does not roll over unless otherwise agreed.

7b. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may be billed separately.

7c. Timelines

Delays in client feedback or content may extend delivery timelines. We are not liable for client-side delays.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for custom work once a project has started. Subscriptions or retainers may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

9. Data Privacy & GDPR

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. EEA users are protected under GDPR rules.

10. Disclaimers

We provide our Services “as is.” Results may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Moxi IQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the past 6 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services for nonpayment or breach. You may cancel Services at any time, subject to payment for work completed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
